Collection and processing of data, possibly personal data

Every time a user accesses Incentrium and every time a file is called up, data about this process is stored in a log file. The storage is for internal system-related and statistical purposes only. In detail, the following data record is saved for each call:

  • amount of data transferred
  • message whether the retrieval was successful
  • requesting domain
  • requesting IP address

Shared documents Incentrium allows the upload of contractual or other documents on the employers behalf. It is the responsibility of the employer to have permission to upload files containing personal informaion. These files can be sent to request digital signatures.
