Collection and processing of data, possibly personal data

Finidy Solutions may collect one or more of the following types of data as a requirement for using our services:

Every time a file is called up, data about this process is stored in a log file. The storage is for internal system-related and statistical purposes only. In detail, the following data record is saved for each call:

  4. message whether the retrieval was successful
  5. requesting domain
  6. requesting IP address

Incentrium allows the upload of contractual or other documents on the employers behalf. It is the responsibility of the employer to have permission to upload files containing personal information.
