Dominik Konold

Dominik Konold is Managing Director and Founder of Findiy GmbH. In addition to managing projects related to bank planning and management, he advises our corporate clients on share-based payment and treasury accounting matters.

Prior to Findiy, Dominik worked for over 13 years at WTS Advisory (formerly FAS AG), most recently as a Partner. He previously gained professional experience at a Big Four accounting firm and in investment banking. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ulm and the University of Toronto. Since 2016, he has been a certified Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA). Alongside his work at Findiy, he serves as a lecturer for the Association of Public Banks and the Academy for International Accounting.

Johannes Zelger

Johannes Zelger is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Finidy Solutions GmbH. He supports our clients at the intersection of business operations and IT, and is responsible for the technical management and further development of our cloud-based solutions, such as Incentrium.

Before joining Finidy, Johannes Zelger worked for several years as a consultant at Senacor Technologies. He has extensive experience as an IT project manager, as well as in test and release management.

During his Data Science studies at the University of St Andrews, where he graduated as the top science graduate of his year, he also worked on state-of-the-art AI projects.
